It is that 90% of my betting these days is on the betting in running, so I do not have that many tips before the matches start and others are much more knowledgeable than I am.

so you ve found some favourable spots there? Not the lay the draw, wait for goal, bet the higher draw type obviously. I have yet to find the first bias. All purely based on non-emotional viewing with statistical knowledge.
